Right i know your the man for the job,
basically took my brothers thump 120 (2002 mounted into a new build) out today he said the 3rd gear was playin up and its got worse from what ive experienced today, i recon 3rd gear has lost quite a few teeth on the cogg as its jumping and slipping then grabbing again.
just wondering if you could rebuild and fix the problem and for how much.

 hello the mountain.this thread is for an am6 manual so its not off topic.alot of the lads on this forum,especially the youngsters are riding 50cc manual bikes such as the aprilia rs cpi supermoto generic trigger ect ect.
i get asked lots of questions about the motor and thought it was a good idea to post a manual in pdf so that the owners can look through for reference.
